Why NGO

El Dorado Human Development Organization basically a training institute. But at the same time it will work as social worker. Bangladeshi youth are going abroad to change their life but most of them are unskilled. As unskilled labour they get very amount salary. This is why we plan to trained them and make them skilled. NGO is a platform from where you can connect with the people in home and abroad. Plan of the organization is very big and it is not possible to execute the plan alone. At the same time, you can attract the people who gives job. There by these skilled people can get good job. To work in the society, you need a platform and NGO is the best place from where you can work for the society. NGO gets help from the government as well as from donor of home and abroad. That is why we have chosen to work for the society and trained the unemployed, unskilled youth through NGO.
